It started with an ad for a backhoe for sale on CraigsList. When we contacted the party for more information the person said her name was Deborah * ******* and sent pictures of the backhoe and directed us to Far West Logistics, stating the were handling the sale, escrow and shipping. Their "representative" going by the name of Gloria ****** contacted us with more info. Everything looked so above board and proper. When we asked for a new picture of the backhoe it was sent later that day showing it in their warehouse. Things progressed, my husband felt confident that it was above board. Contracts were signed via Docusign. All looks good, right! WRONG!!!! The money was wired and that was it. They refused to reply the emails or phone calls from my husband. He tried to call from a different phone and the call was promptly answered and as soon as he told "Gloria" his name she hung up and since has refused to answer from either number.

This website looks very legit and now are even offering to do escrow services for others, which is a new feature on their site, of course they want all your personal info right away. The address they say they are located is actually a vacant lot according the the local police department. Looking at their website today I see that the address has disappeared from it, so beware this is a phony scam setup!

We were duped and lost a lot of money and would like others to hear this tale of caution.

They offered a 2012 Case Backhoe for sale on craigslist. My husband sent a text to the contact number and the "person" replied that Far West Logistics was taking care of the sale and shipping and all would be handled through an escrow account. He had numerous phone conversations with a Gloria ****** whom is the supposed manager of the company. He felt everything was above board. They state the have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau on their site. He failed to double check this unfortunately. They had him sign documents on Docusign and sent wire instructions. He sent them the funds for the tractor and they responded immediately with info on the shipping. Then nothing, he called and "Gloria" no longer would answer the phone. He tried with a different phone and she answered then when she heard who it was she hung up on him and no longer answered the incoming number. It was a poor action on his part and on mine for not getting involved in the transaction, but I really don't want anyone else to fall for this scam!

I purchased a boat from seller who used Farwest Logistics to handle sell and shipping. Received 2 separate delivery dates and nothing never showed up. I dealt with farwest on shipping and payment.
