Received a voicemail stating the caller was from FAR Incorporated that they they were retained for several violations being filed under my name and social. They were going to be serving me with a summons at both my residence and my place of employment and that I should call to settle the matter before they seek the appropriate release before the courts or any proper jurisdiction. It was strongly suggested that either I call or my legal representative return the call. My wife works for an attorney so I had her call them. The phone was answered by a woman who said "This is Victoria", no company name, she then proceeded to look up my name and give me an account that was in collections and needed to be paid. When asked she said the name of the company was Receivable Assets and that they were attempting to collect a debt for Aaron's Rental.
