Prior to booking an appointment with the business, I noticed a number of bad reviews, along with some good reviews but I naively disregarded the warning signs. After booking an appointment for a massage about a week in advance, I arrived at the floor where the listed office suite is located and spoke to a receptionist. They informed me that no business occupies the office suite number which was given in a confirmation email after a deposit was made, which I found alarming. After multiple attempts to call the individual who owns the business, they then disabled their personal social media profiles. Not soon after, I contacted the fraud department with my bank and was able to have the deposit fee that I paid reversed and a block was placed so that I couldn't be charged for future charges. After some research, I was able to find the identity of the scammer that owns the business. The individual's name is Ashley Love, last known address at 1550 Westborough Dr, APT 1203; Katy, TX 77449-2291. Personal phone number is (414) 915-3215. Previous addresses, 15211 Park Row, APT 1522; Houston, TX 77084-4154, 3939 Synott Rd, APT 209; Houston, TX 77082-5230, 9106 N 75th St, APT 3A; Milwaukee, WI 53223-2057, 4722 N 85th Ct; Milwaukee, WI 53225-4927.
