I saw the attached ad on Facebook. I clicked on it to see the name of the website and googled it’s reviews. I found it not to appear as a fraudulent site, overall. So, I went ahead and ordered. When I placed my order via PayPal, I noticed the company was listed in some kind of Asian font and the contact email was a Russian sounding name. I also noticed I never received a confirmation email from the company (which I usually do, when online shopping). I went to their website, next, in order to contact their customer service. I was shocked to find that it was a yahoo.com email address but emailed it anyway. I was met with the attached email (screenshot). I proceeded to google his email address and it was in fact listed as the customer service contact for many other websites that look identical to the Fantastic Stores website. So, there are two victims here. Obviously, I lost money. I have contacted PayPal but I am not guaranteed to get my money back. The second victim is identifiable by his email address. His name and address can be found, via a few google searches, starting with his email address. He is potentially in danger, if someone is angry enough over the amount of money they lose.
