I ordered items November 7 2017. Got a tracking number from USPS. Items never left China!

I purchased a Steelers hoodie on October 10th never received my order they keep telling me I will receive the tracking number in a few days never received tracking number or my order it's been 2 months it doesn't take that long do not order from these people
