Ordered, got an order number, received email but it ends there. No product delivered, no communication, busy phone number, can’t get through to speak with anyone. My card was not yet charged a month later but now I am afraid because they have my card information. I just want to cancel but can’t.

Bought product online. E-mailed invoice. No shipping information was ever sent. Made several attempts to call. No response. It has been a month and I have haven't received item I purchased.
