Warning to all prospective customers...do not order anything from this fraudulent company online. My experience was as follows: order placed December 8, 2019, credit card billed on December 9, 2019, email confirmation of order received and shipped on December 10, 2019. Attempted to track shipment in December 13,18 & 22, 2019 with shipping company, SF Express, which informed me the Shipping Number on bill of lading did not exist every time . Contacted Katty with Fanaticsusa.com by chat online (there is no phone number listed on website) and was told the order was on the way and would be delivered by December 24, 2019. She never answered and ignored my question regarding why the “shipping number did not exist” as confirmed by SF Express. Followed up again with same rep through Chat option and was told the product would be received on time and again they ignored my question of why the shipping number did not exist. Product was never received. Sent an email on Christmas day to [email protected] to reach out to this company regarding my experience in lack of customer service, non delivery of product, and to dispute charges. Received a response back with the company blaming a multi vehicle pile up crash in Michigan(this company operates out of a condo in Miami) on December 18, 2019 for product delay, claiming to process a refund, but asking a me to lift the dispute made through out credit card company. They will continue to make false statements and attempt to scam you. Beware and avoid. Apparently other customers have experienced the same results as displayed on Trustpilots.com website.
