I purchased 2 hydro flask cups from their website. It has been over 3 weeks and I have not received any products. My card was charged and I was emailed an invoice. Their website says they respond to emails within 24hrs. I have emailed three times over the last three weeks and have not received a response. No product, no shipping tracking information.
