I'm being charged for something I don't want and I want it to stop. Please cancel my membership. I thought I cancelled this before. If I didn't, I would like to cancel now.

During the promotion, we allow our winners to claim their prizes for the cost of shipping which is $4.99, and a 14-day trial of our membership.

The $3 processing and handling covers the manufacturing and payment processing. The additional $1.50 is for the 2XL up-size cost. Our design and printing team creates larger prints to make sure our larger-sized shirts are up to our customer standards. These charges are shown before check-out. So sorry if this was missed.

We completely understand your concern so we have cancelled your order and the refund for $9.49 will be processed.

Every month there is a charge of $12.99, on the 6th day. When I call, it suggests contact through the website listed on this claim form , and then is no information on why I am being charged. I did NOT authorize this charge . I don't want to cancel my card , but I need information on this company , so I can STOP these charges.

We try to make it as clear as possible -- when you claimed the free t-shirt, you were signed up for the 14 day free trial. When the 14 day trial ended, you get billed a monthly membership fee, but you get tons of benefits as well.

I recently seen a charge on my account for an amount 9.99 -13.99. After reading responses from fanmadefits on this website i see the scammer is an apparel store, I've never received any free shirt or anything, I never signed up for a membership let alone I've never even heard of this. Please refund my money as I've stated I didn't sign up for ANY membership with this website as I was only charged this month, I get a bank statement mailed to my address every month and there has not been a charge for previous months, so some how some way I was signed up without my knowledge PLEASE refund my charged amount and cancel this ghost membership that I had no hand in signing up for. Thanks id appreciate any assistance you can provide me in this situation thanks.

Our platform shows you made an order on 4/28 for our free + shipping t-shirt offer on Facebook. This offer again comes with a free 14 day trial of VIP, of which the benefits are linked on our website.

The shirt that was ordered was our "We Luv Dachshunds" in a size 2XL. The next day on 4/29 we shipped that shirt.

I have never heard of Fan Made Fits and have never ordered anything from them and there is a 9.99 charge on my Discover account. How do I get this charge reversed while I file a complaint with State and Federal Authorities for fraud?

We try to make it as clear as possible -- when yoou sign up for our VIP, you get billed a monthly membership fee, but you get tons of benefits as well.

We see you spoke to our support team earlier. Your membership is canceled and we refunded your membership fees as a courtesy, as you mentioned you were unaware and were not able to take advantage of its benefits.
