I placed a order on 4/17 I have yet to receive a tracking number I asked for a refund because I’m under the impression they are advertising items they don’t have then they stopped responding to my emails I’m glad I stopped @ 40 bucks I think Facebook should band them... I’m just saying

on april/19/21 i bought a decompression lumbar device. i paid $64.99 by credit card because didn't accept paypal. sent a mail ssking status of the order, and have not received any answer.
received an email from microsof outlook that the email address do not exist.
try to enter at their website and appears that "buy this domain"

I bought a product from Facebook from what I thought was a legitimate compay. I now realise that you cannot buy anything off Facebook now as they are all scams. I have only lost £36.33 but a loss is a loss and when these scammers get away with it they will keep doing it.

This past Saturday I was on Facebook. Ads sponsored by Facebook for many companies selling N95 masks appeared. I clicked on these ads and ended up making purchases from two different companies. They had Facebook pages which looked very legitimate, websites similar, phone numbers, addresses, etc. Everything seemed very legitimate. After confirming what I thought was their legitimacy, I make two purchases. The first purchase I made from was www.famousmarketshop.com. I purchased Two "Breathable Brand New Advanced Masks Protector N95" as well as a 10 piece filter and pat set. This order totaled $68.85 After this purchase I made another purchase two more masks totaling $46.42. After I made these purchases I received a text message confirming my order with a link to the website to monitor the order. It all seemed legitimate. Their number(s) are 920-383-8811 and 833-766-4461. Both numbers are not real. They also have a number on their website which is 888-880-0128 which is also a fake number not in service. Their email is [email protected]. They do not respond to any emails to this address when you demand a refund. The have 3 fake Facebook pages: 1) https://www.facebook.com/FamousMarket-Shop-105838810970883/ 2) https://www.facebook.com/Famous-Market-Shop-107025497586090/ 3) https://www.facebook.com/Famous-Market-Shop-107025497586090/. I was scammed for a total of $111.27. I shortly after visited another Facebook ad from a company called Honest Crate aka Honest Crates. Their website is www.honestcrate.com / www.honestcrates.com. I purchased 3 "Naturalshield" N95 masks. They texted me confirmation from the fake number 323-897-1547. This company did send me emails from [email protected] claiming they were sending me my products. I exchanged emails with the name "Allison" who assured me my products were being processed and I needed to be patient. They even sent me a email with tracking information which led to a strange website m.17track.net, which appears to want to download some type of app onto my phone. The website with their licensing is" https://about.17track.net/en/licensing. This says that the Peoples Republic of China controls this website. This is clearly Chinese intellectual espionage. I personally believe both websites are run by the same fraudulent company in the People's Republic of China as the websites are very similar in design. Both of these websites are accepting payments from major credit cards (Discover, Mastercard, Visa, American Express) and even Paypal. They claim "as seen on Fox News, CNN, ABC" clearly lying. This fake company has 3 Facebook pages: 1) https://www.facebook.com/HonestCrate-Store-405770450058228/ 2) https://www.facebook.com/HonestCratecom-1850344435064981/ 3) https://www.facebook.com/Honest-Crate-1004330763109404/. This company uses the two fake addresses of 812N Columbia Boulevard Suite C15-652651 Portland Oregon 97217 as well as 64C Pagoda Street #02-02 Adamsville, Alabama 35005. I have reported all six pages to Facebook several times and made posts on the pages alerting other consumers. I hope someone at the FTC will shut down these websites and find out from where these people are operating and not allow them to scam and steal from anymore American consumers. I can be reached at the contact information I provided. I have further information and screenshots about these fake companies operating online and possibly in America. PLEASE ACT AS SOON AS YOU CAN. THIS IS SERIOUS. China is using the National Emergency to steal and cheat American consumers. Please take action.

This company is listed as being located in Oregon but packages come from and must be returned to China. They have a heavy Facebook presence, including ads that are targeted to users via cookies and search history. The company uses false advertising in their photos. Products sent to customers are not the same as the items pictured - material, color, zippers, etc. are not the same. The item i received was supposed to be a coat with a metal zipper but instead looked like a single layer of fleece fabric with a plastic black zipper. Some of their items have nice pictures on models, but if you scroll down far enough, have a picture of the actual item which looks nothing like the one pictured on the model. Their customer service department will only refund you 50% if you are unhappy with the product and returning to China costs more than the items themselves. The company is unwilling to compromise or provide satisfactory products as advertised.
