I purchase their app on February 21 installed it on my phone and child phone. Apps was not working correctly was told to uninstall it they sent me a website to install from did that app still was working. Was told by agent they was sending issue to tech support would hear back in 24 hours. 24 hours passed contact online support again about not hearing from no one ask for a refund they reply I couldn't get one. Now its day three still going back and forth with them about getting the app to work as they say it do.
