This website- FamilySchnauzerPups.com- used my dog's Instagram photo without my permission to illegally "sell" puppies to unsuspecting people. It has been determined that all of the puppies "for sale" on this website are the same as mine- they belong to people already. Please note this is not only copyright infringement but fraud and that none of these dogs are actually for sale.

I have filed a report with the FTC and the FBI, as well as submitted abuse complaints to the domain host and server for the website, and sent a cease and desist order to the website directly. I have received no response as of 1/12/21.
