I paid shipping charges for two free survival lighters, on June the 13th 2018 I have contacted the vendor and they have refused to give me my shipping back and have not sent the lighters, I Know it's only 8.50. but it's not right to do that I don't expect anything other than what's right. If the do that to enough people they are making a killing without ever sending a product. Thank you for your time and consideration.
