I ordered a necklace on April 26 from Family Shark. After not hearing any updates I emailed them on May 11, and again on May 13, finally got an answer that my necklace was shipped. Put in my tracking info and the tracking number doesn’t exist. You also cannot get ahold of them by phone 719-399-0739.
