I order my n95 my black mask on March 20 2020 and I pay $48.90 and I Email to family prepping Association and they said that my package is in California and my package surpose to Arrive on the bronx New York and today is June 6 2020 and I haven't Received it yet and now where is my black mask n95 package that I paid it for it . maybe my package is stolen and these people are Reponsible for my package they have my money if I dnt get my package that I order the family prepping Association should give me my refund back. That a order . I will still investigating about my package that im waiting for it .

I ordered a mask and mask filters on March 29, 2020 and I never received the items. (Mask was for $29.99) and 10 Filters were $29.99) I call there office 5 times but the answering machine said the office is closed due to the covid-19. Also, I email them twice but the never reply my email. Then on April 7, 2020 this Mike and Simon email me, he said "Your order is on the way, here is the Tracking Number for your order YT2009821263047085". But never receive the package.

(Mask was for $29.99) and the Mask Filters were $39.99) I contacted these people through email and they claimed it was processed on April 17, 2020. I was sent a tracking number, but the number was not in the system.

I ordered a mask and filters on March 30, 2020 and I inquired on the 15th of March about my order and when they responded with a tracking number finally stating that the order was just processed on the 17th of April. So, it seems I still have to wait for my purchase. As of today I have not received my order.

I also ordered from this association on March 30, 2020 and they sent me a receipt without a tracking number. They just sent the tracking number today after my inquiry of my purchase. Telling me it takes 18 days after processing the order. Well it is already 18 days now. They are telling me that I still have to wait. I am very disappointed with the association.

On March 29, 2020, I ordered 5 carbon mask and 20pcs filter. On April 6, I sent an email to follow up and someone from support responded and said that the order has been shipped out on 4/7/20. Another email I received from another name from support @ Family Prepping Association informing me that due to the current strains on the postal systems, the tracking took longer than usual to upload on the system but it won’t delay the package. Today is April 12, 2020 and I have not received the package yet.
