The scammer uses family as a tactic during Christmas time. Shows lovely gifts that you will never receive. Says they are based in the US, however it is a Chinese name that the payment is sent to. Uses facebook for advertisement, and PayPal, which is supposed to be a secure payment, to process their payments. Makes them seen trustworthy. They are not! I've requested a refund, upon reading all the reviews. I've heard nothing back, but that is ok, I'm going to dispute it with both my bank and PayPal!! Stop scamming people, especially during these times!!!
