The scammer found me on facebook and used an ad that made it look like the shoes and sandals being shown were Birkenstocks. They had a couple of good sales going so I ordered two pairs of sandals on sale that I thought were Birkenstocks. I paid $86.00 for both pairs. It took at least 8 weeks for the two pairs of sandals to arrive. When they finally did they were not Birkenstocks but rather really cheap and tacky plastic soled sandals. They didn't look like they would last very long at all. There was no sales slip in the bag nor was there a return slip. I could not find a phone # for the company nor could I find an actual website depspite looking for one. The only way I could reach the company was via email. So I did email them asking them for guidance on how I could return these sandals for a full refund since they were not what I expected or wanted. It took a week for someone to get back to me and then they wanted me to confirm that this was their product by sending a picture of USPS label and also to take pictures of the sandals to show they were damaged. Well they aren't damaged I just am dissatisfied with them and don't want them. I feel that they used misleading advertising to make it look like I was getting a really good deal on quality sandals and instead these are inferior and low quality shoes. I have emailed the company letting them know of my displeasure and that I would never buy from them again and that I was reporting them to the BBB. Which I am now doing.
