I ordered a blanket for my mother for Mother’s Day and as of today 22nd of July I still have nothing. They only contact you via email and lie about EVERYTHING!!! I told them I want my money back and they keep telling me my moms blanket is in the mail. Nothing but lies. Save your money and time and find a company that won’t screw you over.

The end of November I ordered from a company called "Family Gifts". The website is familygifts.com. I ordered 9 engraved leather journals. December 8th I received notification that the orders were being shipped from what looked like California. There was a tracking number, but it is not a valid number. There is no address, no working phone number.bi contacted them on December 21st asking where my order was since it was guaranteed by Christmas. They stated they were looking into it and have given me very little information. I have contacted Shopify whom their domain is with. They have an investigation going at the moment for this company.
