The next day in court the judge and the defendant did not get the documents for court, and I lost the case. Then a year later we went back to the state local courthouse to file an appeal. Then judge said your case is denied. You cannot file for an appeal because you went over the 30 days according to Oregon law. I told him what the judge said, and he said I don't agree with the judge, I believe it's your best interest to file the appeal in the state case. He deliberately lied to me after I paid him $6000 dollars to file the appeal. I should have listened to the judge realizing that he lied and took my money.
