He also scams new independent sales agents buy selling them a dream that they are going to make $10,000 a week. He pursues weak minded people people to spend their last paycheck on leads and then they make no money at all off the leads he promises will make them money. When he leads them to believe they will make 10,000 a week if they put $2000 a week into the business. It’s a scam. It’s a pyramid scheme. Stay away as an agent and/or a customer at this particular office.
I, as a former employee also filing a complaint with the department of labor because he agreed to pay me salary. I worked on from vacation and from home due to a recent surgery and he wouldn’t justify paying me my salary while I was working the entire time. I have emails and phone records to prove it. On top of it, he over works his employees and doesn’t compensate them when they work overtime. He demands things to get done but then doesn’t compensate you for the work. He’s gone through 9 administrators in 2 years. Do not work for this company. Family First Life is the brand name but he does not know how to run a business. He’s a salesman.
