Purchased a necklace from this site on 9/28. 10/21 still had not received confirmation of order. Emailed company and was told it was in transit. 11/6 received email saying item had shipped. 12/19 still no item emailed company again. They assured me it was in transit, to be patient. January 23, 2019 still no item. Emailed company again, they are checking on it!
