I seen resistance bands on Facebook. So I ordered one for 42.95. It’s been 3 months I’ve been e mailing them got a response with a tracking number that I couldn’t track. Now I’m getting no response at all. I’ve asked for a refund or please send item.

I saw an ad on Instagram to buy a resistance band and bought it from the website. Later I noticed another ad with the same product, but it was actually the real brand. After emailing for a tracking and refund, I have not received a reply back from the website.
