Essentially, this person/these persons set up a false website claiming to breed and sell kittens. I communicated back and forth with them via e-mail and eventually text message for several days and they provided me with several photos and videos of the supposed kitten they were selling me. There were many spelling errors in their website and throughout our conversations, but I didn't think much of it initially. I was also a little skeptical that they only accepted payment in the form of Zelle, Apple Pay, and Venmo, but I ignored my instincts and went through with the purchase anyways. As soon as I sent the money through for the purchase of the cat, I started to have a bad feeling. The scammer essentially cut off communication with me at that point and of course never sent the animal like they said they would. I only want to help others prevent being scammed by this false business and stop these people from taking advantage of innocents.
