I ordered a rain coat last summer & never received it. Each time I questioned its whereabouts in an email I would just get fobbed off with excuses abiut it being on its way. When I asked for a refund they stopped responding. Total scam ?

I ordered some boots last September never received!
After contacting several times with no satisfaction i contacted Royal Mail
To be told that the order was delivered 16th October 2020
But not to my address I have asked time and time again where my order was delivered to but they can’t disclose the address?
This company took money out of my account and can’t claim it back ?
Obviously a scam company!

I ordered a denim jacket in October and I too have never received it. I have sent numerous emails and keep getting the same reply, be patient it has been despatched or wrong tracking info. Obviously been scammed. Something needs to be done about companies like this. Fb should not allow their ads to be posted they should be shut down

I ordered a pair of boots in August and have sent endless emails asking the whereabouts of my order only to be fobbed off with replies telling me to be patient.l fell for the DPD scam and sent money to have them delivered. I needed to cancel my credit card.

I ordered the same, some boots in July 2020. The tracking information that I was given showed that it had been delivered to someone in my town, but not me. Reading the comments on here it looks like I was given false tracking information too. These people/companies need to be stopped, anyone agree, what can we do about it? Looking forward to reading more reviews and hopefully some answers.

I ordered a pair of boots 2 months ago and a no show false tracking information told them 5 times I want a refund to be told would send another pair out and be patient they were quick enough to take my money I just want my money back all you get is an automated email

In August I ordered some boots I am still awaiting delivery in November I have been in touch with promises of delivery on numerous occasions but nothing has appeared. I have also been in touch with paypal who seem unable to help me.
