I am in the process of applying for a trademark for a business and I received two pieces of mail from this company (WTP and TMP) asking for money for the reproduction of the trademark. They had all of the information about the trademark application and the reference #, so I assumed it was legitimate.

I sent an email to Akron University Patent/Trademark Law Clinic to file a trademark application for Fierce Graffiti. in March 2023. In April 2023, I received a letter from The World Trade Publication (WTP) organization to pay 1420.00. I thought it was a part of the USPTO organization. It wasn't until I sent a follow-up email to Akron University Patent/Trademark Law Clinic about WTP. I was informed that it was a scam and that I needed to report the incident.
