Posted on a buy and sell facebook group, offering a product. Reached out to them with a lower offer, and they accepted. They have a zelle and a venmo which they use to take payment. Then, once I had paid half up front, they changed their tune and asked for all of it up-front. I said no, that I needed a tracking number. They sent me one that was valid via FastTraackExpress, but nowhere else. They continued to ask for the other half, but I continued asking for a valid tracking number.
