The subject of the email was "Thank you for your order" with an order number. The body of the email said "We are grateful for your faith in us. We apologize for the wait, but just wanted to let you know that the GS-Tech 24 that is meant to renew automatically today was charged to you at $354.99. It also listed an order overview with the amount listed again. The email ended with "Your account will be debited of the full amount within 24 to 48 hours.We ask that you call us at least 24 to 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel this Plan."
