Individual presented as a sublet applicant. Refused to file out no fee application. Wanted me to deposit a check for an amount more than needed. They said it was for moving costs. Cashier’s check came and looked legit. Bank code and account were good. Bank was called and they new the account number and confirmed it was fraudulent!
