Good Afternoon,
Your rental information has been verified via (Turbotenant.com) and you met my rental requirements, we can now proceed with the rental approval as soon as today to secure the Apartment for you an. I have attached the Lease Contract Agreement, review the Lease and let me know if you have any questions.
I am a Medical Doctor, and I am currently working here in Albany. Because of travel distance, I need a confirmation payment for the $1,800 refundable security deposit to secure the property for you and schedule an appointment for the inspection, paperwork, and move-in date. However, my current tenant will be vacating the unit tomorrow and there will be an open house by April 16th due to property maintenance.
Please be aware that what you saw in the pictures is an accurate representation of the unit. If there are any discrepancies upon our private showing on April 16th, I will immediately issue a refund. Additionally,the building also contains a few rules or guidelines for viewings, such as arranging them in advance or limiting the number of people who can see the property at a time.
