Online retailer Stock Tank Pools has a functioning website to take payment for pool filtration products. I paid for the product with my credit card using the site's Shopify checkout and even received a confirmation email. After 3 weeks the product had not shipped, so I sent an email to the support email listed on the website. A week later, no response to the inquiry. I then tried the phone number listed, which is disconnected. By all appearances, this company looks legit and might have made verifiable sales in the past. They even have YouTube videos with links to their products, which is how I found them. Unfortunately, according to reviews submitted on their website, I'm not the only one to have made a purchase and not received the product or a response from the company.
