Shows up first in Google Search for "online passport renewal" and uses similar colors and fonts to appear that it's the legit US passport site - if you're in a hurry, you won't catch it right away. They take your money and provide forms that are FREE from the US Government which I didn't realize until I saw that I needed to send an additional $130 to the State Department. I was stupid enough to provide personal info and I emailed their customer service to demand a refund and that they purge my information from their system (they have a "Privacy Policy" but I'm sure it's fake). Whether they reply to my email remains to be seen. In the meantime I've frozen my credit reports and attempted to dispute the charge with my CC company.
