I received a statement on my Part B Medicare insurance for 6 months of intermittent urinary catheter supplies. I do not use these type of supplies and they were not authorized by my doctor. My supplemental insurance provider denied the claims; however, Medicare approved the monthly amounts. This is a scam! I have also contacted the Fraud Department of Medicare.
