I received an order acknowledgement and a customer statement in the mail on the same day claiming that I owed them $474.91 for a television. I never ordered a TV from these people and had never heard of this company before this. I called the customer service number provided on the letter and told the agent that answered that I didn't order a TV. She said that they would have to investigate the issue and that they would call me but up to this point I have not heard back from them. I believe this was an attempt to extract money from me for the television that I never ordered or would have received.
