I received a letter that looks like a check. When I opened it, it said final notice and it has Navy Federal Credit Union listed in a couple of places.

It also listed property code 8821520582. On the part that looked like a check they put "Allocated Waiver $199.00"

"To The Order Of" they added my name and address and a place to sign.

I did not call their number.
