This is their add for an unexisting address. The original add is for 2104 N lotus dr. I found it after I payed them application fee.
We went to check the house. They made us full out an application to see if we are eligible for the lease. They made me pay $150. But directly to her. I had to Zelle $150 to Shirley Swindle. I have the receipt from this transaction.
The next day they wanted me to send them $1000 for deposit to secure the house. But once I fill out the application for the lease I received an email from the original agent of the house and I saw that the price is different. I called the agent but I couldn’t get in contact with anyone. I decided not to pay the $1000 deposit because their information was contradicting the information of the original add.
