Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan
My name is ***. I want to file a complaint towards the "Federal Reserve Bank" out of Washington; I believe (if that's even who they are) at the number 306-562-9015. Like an [censored] I paid $1000 in iTunes gift cards for a loan I hoped to get by today because I am moving and after speaking to four different people (Ron, Jason Wells, Mark Jones and Nicole Smith) they keep asking for more gift cards and I haven't seen a dollar. I've called demanding my money back and I keep getting from "Nicole Smith" (if that's even her name, in charge of the loan transactions and a senior manager) that she would surely do it and I haven't seen a dollar of my money I paid for towards those stupid gift cards. I demanded to speak to the president and CEO and of course she can't or just transfers me to another representative pretending to be the president/CEO. I kept getting placed on hold with no end resolution. They are unprofessional, I am broke with negative in my bank account and have to move today. I've realized they are scam artists and did research which is what I should have done before giving them any money. I've paid them $1000 in gift cards so far and haven't seen a dollar and they keep asking for more money. Everyone that has complained about them had the same issue some even paid $1500 and didn't see a dollar as well. I don't know what to do and so stressed out and this loan was suppose to help me and this business has made it a living hell for me the past couple of days. Representatives speaking horrible to the applicants, joking and laughing and talking among other representatives about the applicant while they are on the phone. I ask to speak to someone else and they put me on hold only to get back on the phone and use a different name. They are an unprofessional bank stealing money from the helpless promising to help and you can trust them only for them to steal money from you. What can be done? Is there any chance of getting my money back?
