National Support Animals is not a real or accredited means to obtain an emotional support letter from a licensed therapist. The bank account that took out the $125.00 payment was named, "National Pet Express," which does not match the name of the company. Furthermore, they did not send an email confirmation of the payment, nor did anyone contact me regarding speaking to a therapist. After doing research, I realized I could request this letter from my primary care, and most of these ESA letter website are not legit. This one, specifically, did not provide an appointment with a therapist or a written letter. The website, "https://nationalsupportanimals.com/" is a scam.
