consumer Asked for a concrete driveway instead of the brand new constructed concrete, received bbb.org. July 31st business was called about doing this work and provided an estimate and numerous red flags are popping up. He sent the contractor an address and wanted an estimate plus tax and told him he would wire transfer or CC payment. Sense of urgency present as well.
