Tells people that he's "Going to give/"bless" you (or 20 random people) with $5,000 and all you have to do is register for the movie site: PrimeScreen/Badoraa film site (movies) Sign up is just $1 or a 5 day free trial, You can receive payment via PayPal & CashApp if you have finished registering on my link,. Thank you (praying hands) "

The scammer claimed to be an awards program in Fairfax, VA, that puts on the "Best of Fairfax" award and claimed the company I work for had been selected as a category winner. The scammer then linked to a website trying to get recipients of the "award" to pay the cost of the award.

We received an email on our contact page of our website stating that they had tried to reach us multiple times. This is why I figured that they emailed me directly and it went to spam. So seeing the message on contact made sense. I included the website for your review. The website seemed very reasonable and even had a question and answer section that satiated that you don’t have to purchase a thing and will still get the award. I never received any follow up emails. The award arrived to our office 8 days later.
