Scammer called saying that they were the Department of Treasury and FBI saying that someone had used my name to ship illicit substances from Mexico to El Paso, TX. There was an arrest warrant in my name in the state of Texas. They could help settle the situation via Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), which involved getting money and using a government authorized bitcoin machine to store the funds so that they could prove my identity from the person using my name. They even spoofed the Atlanta FBI field office and local police by appearing to call from those numbers.
