My laptop starting with an automated message that said that my computer had been locked and that it was going to crash. It popped up with a number that said it was from Apple Tech support. I called the number and a women named "Angel" answered and then directed me to the website where I had to type it into my browser and then it took me to a computer security page where the lady had be type in a code where it gave her access to my computer. The lady then opened a word document explaining how I had "no" apple care and that in order to fix my computer I had to pay her $299.99 for a 3 year plan or $399.99 for a 5 year plan. I then continued to question her where she gave no answers and just repeated how I had to pay her to fix the issue. My mom eventually gotten on the call and then she hung up.
