I purchased something through an ad on Facebook. I got a confirmation number a tracking number and it took 3 weeks for the item to get here. And it got here it was not the item I ordered when I sent an email to the customer service number they stated there have been a shipping issue and I got the wrong item. They offered me a 5% refund when I refuse and asked my money back they sent several emails back and forth with me offering me no more than 20% back and refuse to give me my money back they keep saying that I was given something of value which was a cracker Jack box style watch that I do not want and was not worth more than $5. When I went to leave a bad review I saw that there for seven other reviews all had the same exact story I do. This company pretends to have a shipping issue and instead they just steal your money and never give you what you ordered. I believe they send you a small item not worth much so that they can claim they actually sent you something.
