Ordered a jacket back in March through Facebook. Now its May and still haven't got it. Tried to contact them but got a message from Gmail that the email address is not found. I've never had this happen before and don't know what to do.

I also ordered a coat but never arrived and I also didn't get my money back.
They blocked my e-mail too.
The only solution I had was to contact my bank. They tried to write to Faithgloss but obviously they didn't answere. Then my bank transferred my money back with an apology for the situation, so in the end it was good for me like this, but still it's a loss to the bank.

I ordered from faithgloss off Facebook. They took my money right away out of my account. I ordered shoes, 114$ worth. I emailed them, tried to call was a bust. I ordered in July2021. I have emailed a few times over the last several months and I get sorry our orders are backed up sorry for the delay. Never got my shoes and never got my money refunded.
