My payment was immediately processed without any issues, but tracking was not provided immediately. I emailed support for tracking and received it a few days after my payment was processed, which began to raise some red flags. Their ad bragged the item would arrive within 5-7 days, and I was already at Day 3 at this point. Furthermore, the tracking information was provided in Chinese and the link did not work. I requested a second link. I received a new link overnight, showing the previous update to tracking being the only in English, updated only a few days prior, and the rest of the information in Chinese. When I responded that this information was not helpful or acceptable, I did not receive a response until I messaged again demanding a refund. I stated that at this point the product had not arrived within the promised 5-7 day window, insurance was mandatory upon the transaction and should apply to my refund if their product is lost, and I am unhappy with their service. That did trigger a response. I was told the shipping would update and “please do not worry about it”.
Obviously, that was not the thing to tell me. I responded, again demanding a refund. I stated IF the item ever arrived it would be returned immediately unopened to their company. After I sent that message, I researched online and discovered scathing reviews calling them a scam and they were not even part of BBB. So I did end up sending a follow up email questioning how they can be part of the ScamPulse.com with an A+ rating if they are not in the US? (To me it’s more about the principle at this point).
Scammers truly are the [censored] of the earth in my eyes. I have emails & sceenshoys that I am more than happy to share so this doesn’t happen to others! Thank you!
