My mom wanted to buy a puppy online and she contacted this website. They asked her to send $650 via Walmart wire transfer and will deliver the puppy next day. She made the wire transfer and Stephen called her back the next day, asking for another $1,000 or they won't deliver the puppy. I then tried to call to understand the situation, then he said that he doesn't have time for me and hung up. We still haven't received the puppy. The email confirmation says that they will refund money within 30 days of receipt, but I doubt that would happen.
