I was contacted on instagram saying her name is Heather Morgan. She owns a truck company and motel. She said she had inherited many properties and patron to help people who lost their job because of COVID. She states she will pay you $3000 immediately on cash app and $5000 weekly but I needed to send $25 fee first. She even goes as far to send a video of herself trying to prove her credibility and pictures and videos of people holding up signs saying Sugar Mama paid me $3000 after I paid $25.
