I reached out to Faith Golden Retrievers to look into the purchase of one of their puppies Rayden. We started emailing and I was sent pictures and video. I asked for a phone number and where they were located. They responded they were in Texas and that I would get a phone number upon purchase on the sale contract. I used Zelle to pay $800 for the purchase of Rayden and the shipping cost to have him sent to me. I then got into contact with the shipping company who needed $1800 via zelle for a different shipping crate (this is their website. there are two related to this business... One phone works and the other cannot be completed https://unitedpetairline.com/trace-and-track/). I live in AZ so I was not surprised that this needed to happen. Then I was told they dont deliver at night so they needed to find a different flight to set up delivery. The next day, the shipping company called and said the puppy was in New Mexico ready for delivery but needed shots required by the county to get on a flight and then there was a county fee. This was an additional $1900. I could only contact the seller of the dog via email and they offered to pay for $700 so I was able to send $1200 to the seller to give to the shipping company so they got the lump sum at once. All of these additional fees were meant to be returned at 98% upon the arrival of the puppy. I was able to speak with someone from the shipping company when they wanted payment. I last heard from them after the last zelle payment saying I would get the puppy the next morning. That was on Wednesday and it is Saturday. I feel like an [censored] and taken advantage of on both sides. I knew it was strange but was concerned that there was an actual dog on the other end being manipulated as well. I have heard nothing from either group since. I have all the emails and papers sent. I attached the contract of sale. If you would like the emails please let me know.

I gave them my name, address, and phone number. They have the last four digits of my zelle account as well.
