This company WILL NOT refund you your money back. Their refund policy states that you need original packaging and need to inquire within 7 business days upon receiving the item. I did just that... sent them photos of the item as well as the original packaging. They told me shipping is too expensive and asked that I give the item to my friends or family. Then they said they would give me a 10% off coupon on my next order. THEN they said since shipping is too expensive that they would give me 20% back of my purchase instead. They literally refuse to refund me. Every email I get has broken writing and is from a different employee. I have attached. PDF of the conversation via email. DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!
