Placed an order with Fairyseason 6 weeks ago. Have not received the order and there is no way to contact the company by phone.

Bought $99.05 of merchandise. It came 4 weeks later. Looked nothing like photos. Sweaters, sweatshirts, socks everything polyester. Everything came in smaller size than ordered? Everything! I am a standard size, I never have a problem buying off the rack, EVER! When I say small I look like a sausage roll. When I did everything as asked for a refund. I was offered a $5.00 credit to shop again. I said NO! I was then told to give everything to a friend? (WHAT)? Again, I said NO! I told them this was no way to run a business, very unprofessional they told me very expensive to ship crap back, sorry I was not happy. I agreed false advertisement, and bad management was no way to run a company, but a consumer was still unhappy and what were they going to do about it or did they want me to go on social media about how awful they are? ....crickets nothing else, not a word. I went to Paypal they offered me $25.00. I said NO! they said I had to ship everything back from what I see here they will probably say they never got it. It says put it in the yard? What does that mean? A yard like they even want the polyester back?

FairySeason.com pushes their ads on Facebook as a valid company. When the holiday season approached, I decided to order a few things as Christmas Gifts. Luckily I paid using my PayPal account and was reimbursed the amount I was charged. Fairyseason is a complete scam. They send a notification that the items have shipped but no tracking information. When you try to contact them, they do not respond via phone , email or Facebook. The few times they respond to those complaining on their Facebook site, they ask the customer to contact them via an email address and then block that customer from every responding again. If you look this company up on social media, just look at all the negative comments being made by those who have ordered items. You won't find a single positive comment. Not only do they scam you out of money but the images they use are from hardworking people that post on Etsy. IF you receive an item, its usually very late, too small and crappy quality. They also have a ZERO refund or replacement policy. I truly hope this business is shut down and these scam artists are caught!

I ordered a product on 12/13/16 and paid for expedited shipping ($10.50). It is 1/5/17 and I have not yet received the merchandise. There is no tracking number for the product.

There is no contact phone number for this company. After emailing the web-site twice, I have only received automated responses.

I placed an order in late Nov/ early Dec. for 2 items. I received one just before Christmas, which I wanted to exchange. I contacted them via email, website, and on their Facebook page. They did not offer a solution, just told me I had to wait for the rest of my order before contacting them with any issues. I have yet to receive the rest of my order. It has been 4 weeks and they said it would be 10-20 days. By the complaints I've just read, I don't expect to receive it at all.

I ordered 2 pair of socks from this company. Was charged for merchandise that I never received. Scam!

I placed an order for a pair of socks, they took my money and I never received any product. There is no phone number to contact them. Upon further review, there are several others who have placed orders and never received any product.

I placed an order on-line it was never received. There's no contact phone for the business. No response to emails.

You order from them and you never receive your package. They give you a phony tracking number and phony instructions on how to track your package. I have had many email back and forths and they just apologize but don't do anything to help and say I have to contact my post office. They also changed my address in their system (after the order was apparently shipped), so their excuse in the end is that I entered my address incorrectly. If you research on their site about why you didn't get your package yet they have all this info on incorrect mailing addresses. This is proof to me that it is a scam. I finally searched on the internet and found others having this same issue. The email address that responds is [email protected]. There is no phone number or location listed on their website. They do business in all currencies.
