They are a company based in China though they pretend to be based in UK. They use photos of genuine products from other websites to lure customers in. Purchases are made on the basis customers believe they will receive the product advertised. The products sent out are inferior imitations of the genuine item, and are badly made or completely different. It is difficult and costly to return the items to China for a refund and they rely on this, enabling them to keep the proceeds of the fraudulent transactions. They have been reported to PayPal and Facebook by many victims of their scams but Facebook does nothing about it. PayPal does have some success in getting your money back but only if you return the item/s to the address in China and follow the Papal procedures to the letter. They are a menace on the internet and should be shut down especially as lots of people are relying more on the internet to do their shopping. Facebook should be ashamed for allowing them to advertise on there. I have shown boots advertised and the boots received.

I’ve made a purchase through them over $60 & never received product than they tried telling me they’d refund aid money & never did. Have sent several e-mails with same response saying there was a problem with product & will be sent out shortly or they’ll refund money within 5-7 days 3 wks later & still no refund or deliver of said product it’s been since aug 5th

I placed an order with fairylovers.com and was quickly informed by another person on Facebook that it was a scam. Sure enough I tried to reach out within minutes to cancel the order but they will not cancel now the email is no longer working. Scammed out of a 100 bucks.
